Pengembangan Sistem Pembelajaran Adaptif Berbasis Random Forest untuk Personalisasi Pembelajaran Siswa di SMA Prayatna Medan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pembelajaran adaptif berbasis Artificial Intelligence (AI) yang mampu mendukung transformasi digital di bidang pendidikan. Sistem yang dikembangkan memanfaatkan algoritma Random Forest untuk menganalisis kemampuan akademik, gaya belajar, serta hasil evaluasi siswa sehingga dapat memberikan rekomendasi materi, latihan, dan strategi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masing-masing peserta didik. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan melalui tahapan pengumpulan dan prapemrosesan data, pelatihan model, serta evaluasi menggunakan metrik accuracy, precision, recall, dan F1-score. Hasil penelitian diharapkan menghasilkan prototype sistem personalisasi pembelajaran berbasis AI yang dapat diterapkan di SMA Prayatna Medan, disertai luaran berupa publikasi ilmiah pada jurnal nasional terakreditasi, hak cipta perangkat lunak, serta model implementasi pembelajaran adaptif berbasis AI.
