Moringa chocolate is a product innovation that combines the nutritional benefits of moringa leaves with the appeal of chocolate, creating a nutritious treat that can improve family health. Moringa leaves are rich in vitamins A, C and minerals, making it a superfood that can help prevent diseases such as diabetes and gout. In addition to health benefits, moringa chocolate processing also provides economic value to families through micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). A successful example is PT Keloria Moringa Jaya, Medan, Sumatra Utara, which is able to achieve a turnover of tens of millions of rupiah by involving local communities in production. With training and education, the economic potential of moringa chocolate can be expanded, creating new business opportunities and improving community welfare
