Pemberdayaan Mahasiswa melalui Panduan Digital Peer Counseling untuk Mitigasi Risiko Kesehatan Mental di FIPP UNIMA

Permasalahan kesehatan mental mahasiswa di lingkungan perguruan tinggi memerlukan strategi preventif yang mudah diakses dan partisipatif. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memberdayakan mahasiswa melalui penyusunan dan sosialisasi Panduan Digital Peer Counseling sebagai upaya mitigasi risiko kesehatan mental di Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan dan Psikologi Universitas Negeri Manado. Subjek dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah 50 orang mahasiswa yang dipilih secara purposive. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui tahapan identifikasi masalah, perencanaan program, penyusunan panduan, validasi ahli, digitalisasi berbasis QR Code, sosialisasi, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa panduan yang dikembangkan memperoleh kategori sangat baik dengan persentase validasi sebesar 89,4%. Evaluasi kegiatan juga menunjukkan respon positif mahasiswa, dimana 91% peserta menyatakan kegiatan membantu mereka memahami kesehatan mental dan peran peer counseling di lingkungan kampus. Selain itu, mahasiswa menilai panduan digital mudah diakses dan membantu dalam memberikan dukungan psikologis awal kepada teman sebaya. Program ini berkontribusi dalam membangun lingkungan kampus yang lebih suportif, inklusif, dan responsif terhadap kesehatan mental mahasiswa.
